Urgent matters

If you suspect a minor is involved or that someone is being coerced,
do not wait for our reply. Call directly:

• 123 — Emergencies.

These lines act far faster than we can, and in these situations hours matter.

Response times

• Reports involving minors: same day.
• Profile verification: under 24 hours.
• General enquiries: one to two business days.

What we cannot help with

We do not intermediate in bookings. If you have a disagreement with someone you
contacted through the directory, we cannot resolve it, refund anything or
compel anyone to do anything. What we can do is act on the profile if there was
a breach of our rules.
