Escorts Col, with registered offices in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, is the

What we collect
From advertisers
- Identification details and identity document, for age verification.
- Contact details: phone number and email address.
- The content they choose to publish: photos, description, rates, area.
- Payment records for the plans they take out.
From visitors
- Anonymous browsing data: pages viewed, approximate area.
- Technical cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies.
- What you send us if you use the contact form.
What we use it for
- Verifying that advertisers are of legal age.
- Publishing the listings.
- Answering enquiries and reports.
- Understanding which parts of the site are used, in aggregate.
- Complying with legal obligations and cooperating with the authorities.
What we never do
- We do not publish identity documents. Ever.
- We do not sell data to anyone.
- We do not share contact details beyond what each person publishes themselves.
- We do not use the data for advertising outside the platform.
How long we keep it

Verification documents: for as long as the profile is
active, plus the period required by law once it is closed. -
Published content: until the person deletes it or closes
their account. -
Payment records: for the period required by Colombian tax
law. -
Analytics data: in aggregate, with no individual
identification.
Your rights
You may access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at

Security
Documents are stored in an area that is not publicly accessible and is not
served directly by the web server. Traffic travels over HTTPS. Access to
documents is logged.
