These terms govern the use of Escorts Col. By using the site you accept them.
If you do not, do not use it.

1. What this service is

Escorts Col is a listings platform. We publish adult companionship listings and
verify the identity and age of the people who advertise. We do not employ them,
do not represent them and take no part in what is agreed between users.

2. Age requirement

This site is for adults only. Use is prohibited to anyone under 18. Publishing
a profile requires verifiable proof of legal age.

3. Advertisers’ obligations

  • Be of legal age and prove it with official identification.
  • Publish photos of themselves, current and unedited to the point of misrepresentation.
  • Manage their own profile. Third-party management is prohibited.
  • Keep their rates and availability accurate.
  • Comply with Colombian law.

4. Users’ obligations

  • Be of legal age.
  • Treat advertisers with respect.
  • Not use the contact details for harassment, extortion or any illegal purpose.
  • Report anything that suggests a minor or coercion.

5. Limitation of liability

Verification confirms identity and age. It does not certify conduct,
availability, or the outcome of any particular meeting. Escorts Col is not
liable for what happens between two adults who arranged something privately.

We do not guarantee that any advertiser will answer, show up or provide any
particular service.

6. Payments

Plans are paid for visibility on the platform. They do not entitle anyone to
preferential treatment during verification, and they do not represent any
commission on what advertisers earn. Payments for bookings are made directly
between the parties, and we do not process them.

7. Removal of content

We may remove any profile or content that breaches these terms, Colombian law,
or that raises a credible suspicion regarding a minor or coercion. Removal on
those grounds is immediate and does not entitle anyone to a refund.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute is subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. Substantial changes are announced on the site. The
date of the last update appears at the foot of this page.
